How do you know when exactly to tell a girl your feelings for her? What are the signs in your friendship that leads you to that? And how close of a friend do you have to be in order to take it to the next level? What are some examples? I don't know if it is the right time for me to tell her just yet...

There is no set time: everyone is different.

Some things to look for are that you really really like her and if you do tell her you do and if she does too then you can start dating.

You might also pay attention to how she acts around you before you ask her out. If she laughs a lot or flirts a lot, these are good signs.

If you have known her for a while and talk a lot then you are getting close to dating. Ask her how she feels about dating. She may say she is very interested-- that's a big clue. But most likely she will say that she thinks about it but isn't sure how she feels. Talk about that more and you will be setting the mood for going to the next level.

Finally, don't hold your breath, some other guy may get her if you don't.
