Is it a bad sign that she has not called me?

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Male
I have been calling my friend (I like her) up every now and then(2 days to a week)for the last 3 weeks. We went to the movies and her house for dinner two weeks ago and I went to her orchastra( that is probabally incorrect spelling) concert the week before that. I have unfortunately have made it blutly obvious I like her. Is it a bad sign that she has not called me? Should I tell her, or should I wait a little longer since we did not see each other for a year(we go to different private schools).

She seems to like you as she has made several dates with you.
