He said he can't go back because he think stuff won't change
Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old FemaleI was with my ex for four years with little breaks in between. He cheated on me twice once in the beginning, and the second in the end of the third. The first one hurt but since it was in the beginning i felt he was truly stuck in the middle of two people and didn't know how to tell me that. He stopped with the other girl right away, when we were coming out to let other people know.He lived on his own(he has one kids) and i live with my parents and two kids.We work other,we spent alot of time other. After work i woud go over to his houe or he would be at mine,But mostly we were at his to have time alone to talk and other stuff.I went down south to meet the rest of his family, and feel more in love with him than i ever thought i could be with someone. When we got back,I got my own place and everything was perfect,we talked,I was open with my feelings,he was too.Marriage and kids was in the air! So we talked to his mother and she said to be debt free before doing that stuff. So imoved back home ,he moved in with his aunt.thats when everything gos downhill,we had a hard time spending time other alone,i had a hard time talking to him,Then he cheated on me again with the same person. It hurt so much we broke up,and got back together 3 months late I never got over the second time but couldn't let him go.I told him i have a guy friend and he didn't like it and call him up and told him not to call me. When i found out i broke up with him.I told him i can't stand him,i don't like to look at him anymore!its been over two months,we talk and are friends, but i want him back, but he has a girlfriend now,but he tells me he misses me .But he won't break up with her.He said he can't go back because he think stuff won't change, maybe down the way we can try againn but not now.I can't let go!Hepl please
RomanceClass.com AdviceThe two of you have made so many mistakes it's hard to give advice.
On the other hand you did good things like when you moved in together and were enjoying life together. Too bad you couldn't return to that.
Stay friends with him. You know he misses you and if he breaks up with his current g/f you could be there waiting for him.
Meanwhile look out for yourself!
