This guy I met through shared friends is really funny and charming. When we all had conversations they usually included him, me and our shared guy friend. He looked me in the eyes the entire time I spoke or when he spoke. We have a ton of stuff in common and I invited him to go on a float trip with me and our shared friends in the summer. He was excited and said he would like to go. At the end he gave me a goodbye hug. One where pressed firmly enough to feel my backbone. But he huged other people goodbye.Does he like me or is he just a polite guy? Should I persue this love intrest? Am I reading into it too much?

Give it more time and keep encouraging him to like you by flirting with him and treating him as special.
