When I came back he cheated on his new girlfriend with me

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Female
Me and my ex dated for seven months then I went away and he broke up with me. When I came back he cheated on his new girlfriend with me and let me take his virginity and he said he still loved me. He said he wants to go back out with me but he never ask's me he even moved in to my house. I think he's scared to get with me because he cares to much of what his friends think. I need to know if i should just wait for him to come around or should I just move on?

You need to take the situation in hand.

Ask him out and startup the relationship. Don't wait for him to make a move. That seems to be going nowhere.
