there is this girl i met at the dance and she has a boyfriend and i really like her i think her boyfriend doesnt really treat her right i danced with her and i couldnt let go so if her boyfriend dumps her i dont know how to ask her can you please help me

Do this by talking with her whenever you can, even if only to say Hi.

Then if she and her boyfriend split up, you will be ready to tell her that you have "developed feelings" for her and ask her out.
