how can we talk comfortably around each other without feeling so awkward?

well im 15 yrs old and my ex boyfriend broke up w/me about 9 mo. ago. we had been dating for about 1 yr and a mo. and out of no where one day he broke up with me but he didnt do it him self he had my best friend do it! it was horrible! he was my 1st boyfriend and my first love. when we were dating i was for sure he did love me he told me he did anyways. but when he broke up with me he just told me it was time to move on and he couldnt explian it and that he was really sry and everything. and sence it was my first break up i didnt no how to react so lets just say he saw me cry plenty and now i regret that...but i miss him sooo much and i no i still love him! but we hardly talk at all, its just really acward around him and he feels acward around me to, its like we cant be friends and i hate that!but i really really miss him..and i try to like other guys and get over him but i just cant..i miss him sooo much and i want him back..but its just been so long idk how to do that! and how can we talk comfortabley around eachother without feeling so acward?

Start over with him.

Let him know that you still like him. When you greet him, look him right in the eye, speak clearly and say "Hi" plus his name and give him a big smile.

After doing that whenever you see him, then you could ask him how he is doing and he will say "fine" and you say "great." After a while all the talking and smiling will lead to a friendship and then a good friendship. Eventually you will be back at a point where he might fall in love again.
