Can I really get her back, or is she done with me?

I'm 20 years old. My girl friend and I had a very good relationship. She and I were close, and according to her she loved me, and I was the first man she'd ever met who seemed to genuinely care about her. I am absolutely in love with this woman, but she recently broke up with me. She says she still loves me, but that she feels detached, and by the end of our relationship she loved me, but she only saw me as a friend. She says she can't be sure if that will change. I've stayed friends with her, because I care about her, and I'll be what she needs and hope I get a second chance. Can I really get her back, or is she done with me?
