But the other night he says that its deeper than a brother and sister friendship
Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Female Okay, I know a lot of people say this is a very diffrent situation, but i really think mine is.....
Me and my best guy friend have been best friends for over 6 years now. About 4 years ago i gave him a poem to tell him that i was in love with him. I also thold him that i already knew that our realitonship would never happen cause i knew that he didnt like me romanticly. and that i would never give up our friendship for the world.
But now i have a beautiful 10 month old daughter and we are still the very best of frineds. Every time we go do something together everyone always asks if were an item and we always say no our friendship is no ordaniary friendship its like were brother and sister. But the other night he says that its deeper than a brother and sister friendship. he told me its like we are boyfriend and girlfriend but with out the intamacy. i would also like to add that we go to each other with our problems and we talk everyday and he adores my daughter. does this mean that we are a relationship in progress or am i looking to deep into the part when he says our frindship is deeper than what it really is
hopelesly confused
RomanceClass.com AdviceThe only way to figure out the situation is to talk more.
It sounds like you two could be more than friends. But you both have to agree to it and then take some action to show it.
I suppose you could be more than friends and have no physical relations but that would be fairly unusual.
So, have a long, trusting, honest, caring talk about this and figure out where you two feel you stand with each other.
Good luck! George
