That's why I am afraid to be with him because I don't want to be hurt.
Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old FemaleI have been speaking to this guy on the phone for about 3 weeks and we have never met each other in person before. I met him through a friend over the phone. Him and I became really good friends I mean he talks to me about the girls he talks to, his family, his childhood. I mean he talks to me about everything whether it be good or bad.Him and I always talk for several hours at a time. We both agreed that we would just be friends and now he is starting to say he wants to see me in person and he is starting to get jealous because I am dating someone right now. I mean today he called me like 4 times while I was with my date and he left a few messages on my phone. I mean I like this guy don't get me wrong but I am so confused as to what I should do about him. I mean when him and I talk he always tells me about all the women he meets and he told me about his wild expeditions with all these women he has, he tells me all the details. Thats why I am afraid to be with him because I don't want to be hurt. So Should I continue talking to him? or should I ignore him and move on with my life?
RomanceClass.com AdviceIt mostly depends on how much you care for the guy you are with.
If you like him a lot, then the choice is easy, in my opinion. You should forget the new guy... you've only known him three weeks after all.
If you feel wishy-washy about the guy you are with then you probably would want to at least meet the new guy to see what he's like in person. If he continues to brag about all the girls he has known that's a clue that he has low self-esteem or that he is trying to impress you.
Hope this helps some! George
