My younger sister asked for advice and a guy told her to forget about the person she loves

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Female
My younger sister asked for advice yesterday and a guy told her to forget about the person she loves and find a new love just because the guy shes in love with is in a relationship and he has a baby on the way from another chick. Today my sister went up to this guy and started talking to him he said he is no longer in the relationship he was in and that he loved her with everything he had. he also asked her to a date and then she started crying and told him she asked someone for advice and that they ha dsaid to go in a different path and find new love the uy told her he hated her and never wanted to see her, hear her, or talk to her again and that even though she took advice from someone she doesnt know and probably f****d the rest of her life by this decision he would always love her.

how is that giving someone useful advice if you dont pay attention to the problem good enough to understand it

RomanceClass.com Advice
I sometimes suffer the same problem when giving advice here. And, it is worse because I can't talk to the person face to face.

The person giving advice to your sister probably didn't fully understand your sister's situation and didn't have all the facts. People who give advice should accept the responsibility that goes along with it. They should pay close attention to the problem and think real hard before answering.

Unfortunately this didn't happen in this case. Good luck! George
