Whenever I get in trouble for talking in class or falling off my chair he laughs at me

there is this guy at my school that i like.whenever i get in troblem for talking in class or falling off my chair he lauhgs at me in a wierd way. it does not sound like a mean laugh just a ha ha one.and when i get in troublem that is like the only time he notices me. thats not a good thing is it?

You can't really tell what he is thinking.

He may just be laughing in his own way which could be wierd or just different.

He may be laughing to get your attention.

But, there is really no way of knowing... he may not know himself.
