I HAVE BEEN WITH MY BOYFRIEND FOR ABOUT 3 YEARS NOW BUT I REALLY DON'T LOVE HIM . BUT THE PROBLEM IS THAT I DON'T THINK I CAN LOVE ANY MAN THE WAY I LOVED MY FIRST. MY FIRST IS IN A RELATIONSHIP BUT EVERYTIME HE ALWAYS SEEMS TO CALL ME AND WE END UP HAVING SEX EVERYTIME WE HAVE KNOWN EACH OTHER FOR ABOUT 10 YEARS SO IT'S HARD NOT HAVING FEELINGS FOR HIM BUT I WANT HIM BACK BUT I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO?

You didn't say how long it has been since you were in a relationship with your first love.

But however long ago it was (over 3 years at least) you should be over it by now. This suggests that you should seek out professional counseling rather than advice over the Internet.

Additionally, you should no longer see your first love. You are just stretching out the pain and the inability to cut yourself off from him.
