I don't know what to talk about with them at all

okay the strangest things always happens when i go out with people it gets silent we never talk hold hands or any thing at all. then we end up breaking up. i dont know what to talk about with them at all. and all my boyfriends are like i think its best for girls to make the first moves so its like i dont wanna make the first moves.the one guy that i would and i know i would talk and do stuff with is takin by my best friend and before she said yes i told her i liked him she was like dont worry about it i wont say yea and she did it broke my heart.oh i am 13 bye the way. ok thanks



p.s is she a true friend??
