We are both only 15 years old, but I believe that you can find love at any age.
Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old FemaleHi, I have written before but it has been a while. My bf and I have been going out for 4 months now but we had a bad week last week. On Friday I almost broke up with him and he said that I was the love of his life and to please not break up with him. I really love him so I did not. Then on Sunday night we had a fight over something stupid and we almost broke up again. Then on Wed. night we had another small tiff over something but did not almost break up. On Thurs. everything seemed fine at school but we talked when we got home and started arguing again and he said that he wanted to break up and that he did not know if he loved me any more. He told a friend of mine (and his) that he just woke up Saturday morning after I threatened to break up with him and just didn't love me any more. He said that every time he said it now he felt like he was lying to himself and to me. That really hurt me. No matter how mad I have gotten at him I have never told him that I didn't love him any more. Before this he talked all the time about how he wants to marry me when we are older and have kids with me. So any way, we were going to go to a school play that night and he said that he would go any way. My mom, friends and I went to pick him up and when we got to the school, I said that I wanted to talk to him. We walked over away from all the people and I started crying and asked him why he had been lying to me. He told me that he had never lied to me, just that he had been confused. He said that I had broken his heart that Friday night and he had been going through a lot of "stuff" lately and was just really confused. He told me that he still loved me more than anything in the world - he just needed to see me to be sure. He said that he would not know what to do if he lost me. Any way, we ended up getting back together and everything has been fine since then. He apologized for hurting me and I apologized forhurting him. I really love this guy. Do you think he really loves me, too, the way that he says he does? We are both only 15 years old, but I believe that you can find love at any age.
Thanks!
RomanceClass.com AdviceYes I do think he loves you.
You two need to discover a way to stop fighting. The best way is for one of you to just stop fighting period. Whenever an argument starts brewing, show him the peace sign meaning that you don't want to fight because you love him so much. If he keeps arguing just smile at him and give him a big hug and tell him you love him.
Good luck! George
