How can we deal with our jealousy?

my gf and i have been dating for 9 months. we still love each other very much but we are always jealous with each other when we contact our exs. i already told my gf the truth that i was cuddling my last female lover 3 times so far to comfort her after break-up. my gf was very upset, angry and hurt about what happened. i know it was wrong. i stopped doing it again. otherwise, my gf also told me the truth that she saw her last male lover's private in his email attachment during thanksgiving holiday even she attempted to keep a secret and he asked her to keep a secret. i was very upset, angry and hurt but we moved on and forgot about it. we still love each other and we cant lose each other. we still contact our exs as friends but how can we deal with our jealousy? please advise us. thanks!

Fight against the jealous feelings as if they were an enemy.

Every time a jealous thought comes into your mind tell it to go away that your gf loves you. Do this 100 times and the jealous feelings will give up trying to bother you and go away.
