My girlfriend and me would like to go on a date or just go somewhere together, but we can't because her parents are too strict about dating.

The thing to do is backup in your relationship and be just friends.

So instead of going out on dates by yourself, you would hang out with friends. And if the friends had parties maybe you could go separately since you are just friends.
