She has tortured me a lot

i feel she wants to break up.i dnt have nor i gave her any reasons for the same.i love her and i will always love her i know.but she never says that she is not interested me anymore.still v go on the same but her actions like not calling me,not giving me time,being too busy to b wid me widout any reason.she was never like that.mentally she has tortured me a lot.as she is not the one i love.i loved as she was earlier.i want her back.i accept everything she saideven if it was difficult for me to do but i did.but now she acts so differently.why ?i love her .please do something.i beg u.

Ask her why this has happened and if there is anything you can do to fix the problem. It isn't fair for her to leave you hanging, not knowing where you stand with her.

Ask her these questions gently and with love. She should be happy to clear things up with you as she must be feeling bad herself.
