hi...i like this guy..he gives me attention..we even kissed at a party...although he was a little drunk..he gives me attention..we tease each other, we talk to each other and he seems interested..although..thats about it...what should i do?Theres a party coming up next week..should I tell him about my feelings...If i should..How could I tell him?I cant seem to find the right words to tell him...I want to tell him but HOW? please help me...thanks...

Yes, why not tell him your feelings?

Try these words... tell him you are "developing feelings" for him. This won't be so strong that he is put off by it but it gets the message across very clearly.
