I see now that I was a jerk
Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old MaleHi, here it goes. I had a girlfriend for 4 months. The first 2 months it was amazing and we were really falling in love, i mean this is the girl that i have waited for my entire life, the girl of my dreams, in every way. Well, we were close to our 4 month aniversary and she tells me that she was feeling that i was with her only because of the sex stuff and that she wasnt feeling the love she had for me at the begining, and that she was begining to look at me as a friend. We did not broke up and said we would try to work it out, but a week later she tells me that she tried but she just does not feel the same love she once felt for me and broke up with me. Ok, this was almost 2 months ago. The thing is that I really love her, and when i was with her it was true that i was searching too much for the sexual stuff with her (we did not get to actual sex). The problem is that i did not realize it at that time and did not realize that it bothered her so much. I just did when she told me a week before ending it, but it was too late. So now i want her and i cant believe how stupid i was to lose her because of that. , but she was really everything ive always wanted and want to ger her back, and not make the same mistakes and show her i really love her. We still talk sometimes, but she really seems to be moving on. Right now i am desperate and i know there are millions of diferent ways to get a girl back, but i am asking advice for this specific situation. Thank you. (Im am 19 years old)
RomanceClass.com AdviceThe way to get an ex back is to become very good friends with her.
Once you are friends then you can try to build your relationship up again.
At the very least, you should call her once a week to see how she is doing, to let her know you still care, and to maintain contact. Be cheerful, don't talk about your relationship, and try to keep the calls short at first.
She should be happy to be friends at that level and you can go from there.
Good luck! George
