Gets nada from girl

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Person
i email before about a girl i liked and that she knows that. the response: call her well idid but the machine said it was out of service. i try her cell# same thing i emailed nada i wrote her a letter she read it but did get back what should i do, wait for her or just be her friend?

You should first be her good friend.

Once you are good friends tell her that you are "developing feelings" for her. Then see what she says. If she doesn't answer clearly then tell her that you will ask her the next time you see her. And then be sure to do it.

Also, ask her for her new phone numbers so you can call her.
