The first thing to do is to get her to notice you and to like you.

To do this, you should greet her everytime you see her in the hall or class by Looking her in the eyes, saying in a clear voice "Hi" plus her name and giving her a big smile.

Keep doing this and she will begin to say hi to you. Pretty soon you will feel comfortable enough to ask her how she is doing. After that you will soon be talking with her and she will like you.

Once you get to be friends, you could ask her out.

This takes a little while, so if you are not patient you could just walk up to her and ask her out.
