I have this guy I met on the internet
Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old FemaleI have this guy I met on the internet through one of the personals sites. We were getting together like once a week on the day I had off. He was understanding that fact I am busy with work and going to school and that I am not looking for a relationship. On the other hand, him and I were hanging out every week and he even mentioned he wanted to only see me. One problem is that he won't let me come down to see where he lives. He claims he has a male roommate (friend of his) that recently got divorced so he's letting him live with him. After staying at a nice cozy Inn together "romantic getaway pkg" (treated by him) Shortly, thereafter, I have tried talking with him through IM. He claimed he had a good time. I asked to make plans with him the following weekend and he said he and his guy friend have plans but he wasn't sure if his friend was still going to get together with him or not. He went ahead and made plans with me then broke plans with me the very next day saying his friend came around and that they are going to get together. Later on that night, I see him on IM so I instant message him asking him how come he's not out with his friend. He said he and his friend went out to dinner and his friend's kid got sick so his friend had to go home. The very next few days, I try IMing him and he said he was busy chatting with that same guy friend online and that he promised to catch up with me later and never did to my knowledge. He hid his profile online and has another profile on a different personals site. I saw he is clearly looking for a relationship according to his profile. Does he really like me or is he playing games?
RomanceClass.com AdviceI would give him a few more weeks.
If he doesn't start paying attention to you again then dump him quick.
You may have just met one of the rotten apples on the Internet.
Good luck! George
