I hate the fact that I have to gain her trust back

me and my girlfriend started dating and went out for a year and half i thought i loved her but i lied to her every second and we fought everyday I broke up with her because she got drunk and cheated on me with my best friend ( her first love....) we r going back out now because we both realized that we couldnt live with out eachother but she doesnt trust me because of all the lieing i did and i hate the fact that I have to gain her trust back when i trust her after cheating on me i no i love her and i no she loves me and i try so hard for her I dont no what to do please help!!!

Not everyone is equally forgiving or trusting.

You seem to be a forgiving and trusting person. Your girlfriend, however, seems to be the opposite. Perhaps it is because you lied so often to her.

But take advantage of your love and prove to her you can be trusted and that you won't lie. She will notice immediately and love you even more.
