She finally apoligized for hurting me three months ago

Well I hung out with my ex last night and it was a disaster. she said she wanted over but as friends with no shot in the future of hooking back up. I told her how i thought she led me on and i wanted her back and she left and went home. we argued again, and then she changed her mind saying the near term future bc she doesnt know whats gonna happen in the long term. she finally apoligized for hurting me three months ago. shes very up and down still im figuring what you said be4 that she doesnt know what she wants or she wants me back but shes uncertain, I am just wondering how i should handle if i should move on or hang on. I did tell myself i was going to give myself 6 months and im on month 3.
