I wrote a letter with all my feelings
Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old MaleI don't really know what to do. I am in third year University, 20 years old, with a girl I've liked since mid-highschool. I have never built up the courage to tell her how I feel or ask her out and I just don't know what to do anymore. I wrote a letter with all my feelings and how I feel about her describe in it but I don't know if this is a good way to go about things. ie. write down all my feelings in a letter, give it to her, and hope she understands? I'm not even sure if she feels the same way about me. We are friends, but I wouldnt say we are really close friends. If I do give her the letter, how do I go about getting a response or finding out how she took it or feels? Leave my phone number at the end hoping she will call me after she reads it? Or wait to bump into her in the halls on campus? I just don't know what to do at all. Its been around three years now and I haven't been able to find the right time or build up enough courage to tell her that I like her so I figured that the letter idea would be the way to finally do it. Any advice or suggestions would be great at this point. Thanks for taking the time to do this!
RomanceClass.com AdviceGiven your shyness, giving her the letter is probably the best way to go.
Like you said, put your phone number at the end. Also put your email address too in case she prefers to contact you that way.
Good luck! George
