The easiest thing to do is to ask her to go to the movies or whatever.

This is better than trying to think up a way to say "will you be my girlfriend."

Once you go to a movie, you will get to know her better and soon you will feel comfortable asking her to be your girlfriend. Another way to say it is "will you go out with me?"
