He says do what you do

Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Female
Me and my boyfriend have been dating for almost 2 months. Lately he has been saying that he doesn't care about certain things. He says that because of the way a past relationship ended that he is not as nice as he used to be. He says thats why he's mean to me at times. But he says he doesn't care about what I do. He says do what you do. Does he not care at all? Or am I overanalyzing things.

You are going to ask him what he means by do what you do.

Tell him that it sounds like he doesn't care about you. This is not a good feeling to have and you have the right to find out what he is feeling.

Don't let him get off the hook on this one.
