Did he go out with us because he likes me

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Female
HI. Me and this guy that I like Have known and been friends with each other since the 1st grade, We have now graduated from high school. I am in college and he is working. I would like to know if he likes me more than a friend and if things could go past our frindship. Here is the situation. In high school we flirted around with each other I think, well I know I did but I'm not sure he was. We would tease, make jokes about each other, and just simply laugh and have fun with one another. the other day I got up enough courage to call him, I told him that me and some of my friends were going bowling and that we would probably eat out somewhere and asked him if he wanted to go. He said yes. When me and my friends met him at the resturant, we all went in and ate except for him, he didn't order anything because he had already eaten. At the bowling alley he didn't bowl. So as you can see I was a little confused to why he came out with us and did nothing else. So what I would like to know is, Did he go out with us because he likes me and wanted to see me again? or, Did he come because I asked him and he didn't want to say no or be mean?

It's probably a combination of the two. He went out to see you and he also didn't want to be mean.

I don't know what to make of his not eating or bowling. Maybe he didn't have enough cash on hand.

Hopefully you got his email so you can write him from college.

Good luck! George
