Is she just using me to kiss me ?
Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old MaleI am 17 years old. I met this girl recently and we have been kissing and all that stuff. I feel like she is using me though, this whole situation confuses the hell out of me even with all the kissing and other stuff, we aren't 'going out' in her mind. She is from New Orleans and is a new junior this year, my school is in PA. She says she is going back to her old school after this year, and she talks about her old boyfriend a lot. I feel like she is using me even though she tosses an 'i love you' every once and a while and today she is like, "Do You still like me?" I am just so confused as to where this whole thing is going and when i asked her if this could get serious eventually like, we would be 'going out' she replies... "I don't knooww" We have 90 minute phone conversations two to three times a week, yet we are not 'serious.'I feel like she is just using me to kiss me and then won't talk to me ever again when she goes back to New orleans.... I just want some help intepreting this situation. We do all these physical things yet in her words, "Its okay to like and kiss someone without 'going out'" what is that supposed to mean? Please Help... Thank you
RomanceClass.com AdviceIt seems as if she is using you.
You are being used because you don't feel the same way she does about your relationship. You want a traditional relationship where kissing etc mean that you are going out. She wants friends with some benefits.
You have to decide whether that is acceptable to you. It does sound like she is going back to Louisiana and won't look back. That is not unusual behavior so don't be surprised.
Good luck! George
