I like her but I dont talk to her

there is this girl at my school she is in the 6th grade and im in the 8th grade and i like her but i dont talk to her and i want to ask her out. how can i talk to her and ask her out im really shy.

If you are shy and don't really talk to her try this:

Whenever you see her in the hall look her in the eye and say in a clear voice "Hi" plus her name, and give her a big smile. Pretty soon she will be brave enough to say Hi back to you and then you can build on that to talk about other things. After you are friends, you can ask her out.
