We were happy, good friends
Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Maleokay this is a complicated situation I am in at the moment, to begin I used to work with this girl who was a flight attendant unfortunately I got layed off from my job and this girl lives in a different country. When we were working together we were happy, good friends I guess you could call it. At the time I did like her I enjoyed her company and like to spend time with her. One day she decided to "talk about our feelings" anyway after that conversation the decision was made that our relationship should be taken to the next level. (I think the reason I said yes was because she basically said that if I said no she wouldn't be able to see us being friends anymore.) Now 5 months since I have last seen her I am beginnning to feel as though our friendship was better than our Personal relationship and I think that we should go back to being friends, not sure how to handle this one.
RomanceClass.com AdviceI don't see much future in your relationship unless you live in the same country.
Discuss this with her and determine how strong your feelings are and whether it would be wise to move close together.
Otherwise how do you expect this love to grow and mature? My advice is to put a lot of thought into this and lean toward the conservative side in your decision making.
Good luck! George
