Canned Material
Really simple. Think or write down something interesting and non-sexual. Could be a couple interesting questions with one words answers, example who is hotter Jennifer Antinson or Angelina Jolie? Or you can tell a very short funny story. Either you just start the conversation. Then with-in a minute or two talk about something else that you already have in your head, more canned material.
That way you never ever have an excuse to not talk to a girl and you always have an interesting conversation starter where ever you are at.
