make her feel comfortable
compliment her and make her feel good! and ask about her. people like talking about themselves and will be flattered that you are interested in them and want to get to know them, as well as you like them for many reasons (not JUST because they are hot/ pretty/ good looking) get to know them and make sure that she knows you pretty well so she feels comfortable around you.
