The New Place should Suit Both People
It's easy to say "Oh I'll drive an hour to work each way, don't worry about it". But when you start to get into the daily grind of things, that is going to wear on you. The home must be good for BOTH of you - otherwise one of you is going to start to feel like a martyr, and it is going to damage the relationship.
