When you and your lover are in an elevator together give him/her a kiss. You have to pay attention to what the elevator is doing. If you feel it stopping, you have to break it off. My and my gf do this all the time. It's really mind blowing to pin her to the wall and makeout with her, all the while trying to feel when the elevator is stopping so we can stop before the door opens and someone sees.
