Eye Contact is the key
The most important thing is eye contact. When you see him in the hall or at lunch, look at him and hold it for as long as possible. If he looks back and there's like a bolt of electricity, there's chemistry. But if he just glances or starts acting nervous, don't mess with him. Find someone who you have the right chemistry with.
