Watch Him
When your looking at him, and he looks back, smile at him, then go back to doing something. If you look up in about 15 seconds, and he's still there, then walk over to him adn start a conversation. Remember, when your talking to him, don't seem to eager, and don't play with your hair, you'll seem superfisial! Good Luck!
