Act like a lad
I've always found that if you treat him like he's one of your guy pal's, then he finds it quite sexy. Like if you're out with him, push him around a little bit, not too much, he'll find it quite weird, but just be a little aggressive, and he should find it quite fun. Also, mention wrestling with him some time to see who's strongest, he'll like the idea of rolling around with you, also, make sure you end up with him on top of you and has you pinned down at the end, he should find it the perfect oppurtunity to kiss you, and you'll have no escape (;
