Sweetheart, Baby Cakes, and Sweety Pie.
I call my boyfriend sweetheart, baby cakes, babe, honey, sugar and sweety pie because he is just so freaking sweet all those names fit him. I call him mostly sweetheart though because he is just such a sweet heart!!
