when you are with a group of people, go up to him and look him in the eyes. then walk away(in a room). he will instantly follow you. then smile until he leans in. he will start the first move then you lean in. kiss a few times then start to open your mouth a little then it will be a make out.
when you are making out slowly bring your arm up and grab the back of his neck and tickle it/rub it and in through his hair. Trust me it works.
