Don't listen to a majority of these people.
Okay, here's the thing. Read through some of these tips. Everybody that wrote them is clearly between the ages of 14 and 18. There's no good advice here to be had from children.
Example: "Try and pat her boobs. She'll think you're cute."
Is this supposed to be serious? The only people I can think of that would not flip out in that situation are high school whores. This doesn't apply to the real world. Heck, it doesn't even apply to most high schoolers.
Example: "DONT'T BE HAIRY!!!"
While it's true that many women prefer their men with less body hair, many women like it! I've heard a fair amount of agreement that back hair isn't desirable, but there's something primal about a guy with chest hair that some women can't pass up.
I think two examples is enough. If you're serious about finding a person and learning to flirt, don't take advice from teenagers. Even if you're a teenager, you'll be surprised how effective adult flirting techniques are with your peers. In the end, people tend to want to grow up. The prospect of dating someone that acts more mature can be very tempting.
