Bijou
I used to call my fiance Bijou, french for "jewel." You'll have to look up the pronunciation. It's somewhere between BEE-jew and BEE-shoo. She's still my fiancee, but now I just call her "Love," or "Babe." Or if I'm really trying to butter her up, I'll call her "Your Royal Hotness."
