Sooooooo in my opinion just go talk to him.It worked fine for me.I got a little emberessed by my friend but that's cool.We were leaving school and my friend yelled a name and the guy I like turned back.So I went near him and said:"Aaaa so that's your name huh?Nice to meet you!My name is *****!See ya arround!".Hey it sure caught his attention!That was soooo typically me!lol Anyway,if you feel like that's smt yo would do try it out!
