well the title means that if you like someone and you are in class or something simply ask for a pen/pencil. And well sometimes you start to talk to he/she about stuff then you will become a little bit closer. After a few hang outs ask tell them your fillings. I know this happend with me. It worked... this may have not been the best advice butis all i got.Goodluck
