This sounds stupid but is very very effective...works on my boyfriend like a charm so i would really advise it...tease him by touching your lips on his slowly until he moves in for the kiss but you can continue teasing him, slowly, but gently biting his bottom lip and even making "rawrr" noises...this really turns him on and he,ll end up pining you down to kiss you.
