Know the Coffeehouses
Make sure to know where the coffeehouses are in your area, and how late each one stays open. That way if you want to extend a date, you can offer up somewhere to go and hang out and talk, without having to go through the "I´m not sure, maybe this place ..." delays that might end the date too soon.
