Have a Healthy Snack
Keep bags of nuts in your desk, cut up celery in the fridge and jars of olives on the shelf. The human body should have food every 3-4 hours in order to know its world is OK and not going into famine mode. Of course the food should be healthy and NOT full of sugar, so that your blood sugar levels stay nice and even. Eating regularly in small doses can keep your body running smoothly and not having emotional highs and lows.
