Eat a Good Meal
I'm definitely not saying to turn eating into a source of comfort long term. And I'm not saying to eat a gallon of ice cream. But many, many times, your body is cranky because it is missing out on nutrients it needs. So grab some vitamins and then have a meal you really enjoy.
Studies have shown that a person who is presented with a problem, and that same person presented with a problem *when they are contentedly full*, views the problem in a completely different light. Someone coming home from work may be hungry, and the last thing they ate might have been really awful. Go out to dinner and eat some food you love. The problem may seem much more manageable afterwards.
