dont talk about them to your friends or people!
do not talk about them to any body keep it bewteen you all one thing i learned that i cant trust anyone i mean anyone i would tell someone something like...oh yeaa me and my ex did this..then the next thing you know everyone knows and it probaly has got to her more than 8 times.
